Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a service/call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 15-25 non-exempt staff in a service center, sales, or operations environment to meet client expectations and metrics.
• Coaches and develops team members to improve quality, performance, and sales.
• Manages schedules, attendance, and performance reviews; supports client initiatives and reporting.
