Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years minimal, 5+ years preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Retail loan documentation requirements.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking without direct guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative tasks with significant judgement in support of a loan operations team.
• Compile and validate loan boarding packages per bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines.
• Handle complex boarding requests and QA reviews; conduct loan research as needed.
• Assist Account Officers with loan booking and maintenance questions.
• Deliver world-class service to internal/external clients with urgency and accuracy.
• Meet production and quality metrics and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Support training needs and assist with cross-training within the department.
