Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Lending Transaction Associate within the Commercial Lending Operations group. The role supports UK and Syndication functions, with onboarding across trade closing, ACBS, and deal documentation.

Based in multiple U.S. locations, including Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Kalamazoo, Denver, Pittsburgh and East Brunswick. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• 1 year or less of professional experience; formal development program acceptable.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and ACBS preferred.
• Ability to review loan agreements and coordinate closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions financed by PNC.
• Prepare and issue legal documents for transactions.
• Coordinate closing with internal and external contacts and manage workflow.
• Validate transaction structures against pricing models and ensure security perfection.
• Support Debt Capital Markets and trade closing activities as needed.
