PNC is seeking a Lending Transaction Associate Sr in a senior operations capacity within Commercial Lending Operations. Based in multiple U.S. locations including Denver, CO, you will support syndicated loan activities across the full deal lifecycle, initially learning BCUK and Syndication Support, with progression to trade closing functions.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; no specific certifications are mandated.

Responsabilités

• Performs functions in documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions.
• Issues required legal documents and negotiates revisions with counsel as needed.
• Coordinates a closing schedule and builds relationships with clients, legal counsel, vendors and internal partners.
• Gathers and analyzes information for increasingly complex transactions and ensures regulatory compliance.
