PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Lending Transaction Associate to join Commercial Lending Operations. Based in multiple US locations (Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; East Brunswick, NJ) with possible remote work.

You'll support UK syndicated loan deals, perform servicing, and assist in trade closing and debt capital markets support. Core hours are M-F 8am-5pm EST; the role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and regulatory

Qualificações

• University degree preferred; related experience valued.
• Basic knowledge of syndicated loan processes.
• Familiarity with ACBS systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions financed by PNC.
• Prepares and issues required legal documents for transactions.
• Coordinates closing and gathers information from internal and external parties.
• Analyzes information from internal and external parties and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Verifies transaction structures match pricing models and secures perfection of security interests.
