• Performs documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions financed by PNC or bought/sold to others.
• Determines, reviews and issues required legal documents for transactions and prepares/issues documents to clients.
• Interacts with internal and external contacts to gather information and coordinate closing; builds relationships with counsel, vendors and partners.
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes information from internal/external parties; ensures regulatory compliance and audits.
• Validates transaction structures match pricing models and ensures security perfection where applicable.
