PNC is seeking a Lending Transaction Associate Sr to support syndicated loan activities across the full deal lifecycle, with initial focus on learning BCUK and Syndication Support functions. You will be based in Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; or East Brunswick, NJ.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST. The role includes booking and servicing UK syndicated loan deals in ACBS, reporting, investor access, and participation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and familiarity with ACBS systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate closing schedules and manage complex transactions.

Responsabilités

• Performs documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions.
• Determines and issues required legal documents while ensuring terms are met.
• Negotiates document revisions and coordinates closings with clients, counsel, and vendors.
• Interacts with clients to schedule closings and ensure client expectations are met.
• Gathers and analyzes information from internal/external parties; complies with regulations.
• Validates transaction structures align with pricing models and secures perfection of security interests.
