PNC's Commercial Lending Operations is seeking a Lending Transaction Associate to support syndicated loan activities across the full deal lifecycle. The position is based in Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; or East Brunswick, NJ, with core hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST.

You will learn Business Credit UK and Syndication Support before taking on trade closing responsibilities, including documentation, closing coordination, KYC and tax validation, and

Responsibilities

• Documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions financed by PNC.
• Prepare and issue legal documents for transactions.
• Coordinate closing with internal and external contacts and interact with legal counsel, vendors and internal partners.
• Verify that transaction structures match pricing models and assess perfection of security interests.
