Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a switchboard Operator to respond promptly and professionally on the main line. You will guide patients and visitors, assist staff, and coordinate paging and emergency codes as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to cover weekends and holidays, typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily shifts are included. This on-site role supports a busy hospital environment and patient care operations.
