Reporting To

Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.
  2. Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then build to those specifications.
  3. Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
  4. Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
  5. Maintain equipment and conveyors and perform basic repairs when needed.
  6. Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; contact materials handler if supplies are needed.
  7. Periodically check products to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve issues and alert supervisor as needed.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Role
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measures, screwdrivers, and battery-operated tools.
  • Understanding of hardware components like nuts, bolts, and screws.
  • Knowledge of 5S principles: sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain.
  • Use of necessary PPE.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, connection diagrams, bill of materials, and assembly drawings.
  • Ability to operate cranes or other lifting devices as needed.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and safe ladder use.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Legal work authorization for employment in the US.
