Sr Manufacturing Technician - 1st & 2nd shift (6am-2pm or 2pm-10:30pm)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturing processes by fabricating and constructing refrigeration systems for standard and custom equipment.
  • Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, methods, and procedures to ensure product conformance, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Resolve production issues to support customer requirements until corrective actions are implemented, collaborating with various teams.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and PPI tools.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to manufacturing staff.
  • Maintain manufacturing specifications, including BOM, routings, and setup sheets.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab, or related field; preferred experience in a cGMP environment.

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.
  • Adherence to safety and environmental policies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet production goals.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Standing, bending, reaching, handling bulky parts, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
