Job summary

McLaren Health is seeking a dedicated Switchboard Operator to provide front-desk communications support. Under supervision, you will manage a busy switchboard, page residents, and route calls efficiently to the right departments.

You will operate a computer terminal, follow all paging protocols, and participate in on-call procedures. Previous office experience with customer interaction is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior experience in an office environment with customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly and accurately operate a telephone switchboard.
• Accurately operate overhead paging system.
• Call desired numbers at the requested time.
• Operate computer terminal.
