This role handles after-hours calls for MHG satellites, processes forms, and performs central copy and mailroom duties. Includes mail delivery and equipment exchanges to departments, with various communication projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to alphabetize and file.
• Ability to read and write.
• Preferred: Previous Switchboard Operator experience or clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates the call attendant Cisco Phone system (switchboard).
• Monitors alarms and paging systems to notify physicians and staff.
• Answers and handles emergency telephone calls.
• Uses and updates the on line MHG and physician call schedule as needed.
