Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the call attendant Cisco Phone system (switchboard).
• Monitors alarms and paging systems to notify physicians and staff.
• Answers and handles emergency telephone calls.
• Updates online MHG and physician call schedules as needed.
• Handles after-hours calls for MHG satellites (Hospice, Home Care, Infusion).
• Processes and delivers forms and central copy jobs as needed for departments.
• Delivers mail, test results, medical records and information data to departments.
• Assists with various communication and department projects.
