MercyOne Genesis welcomes a Switchboard Operator to join our patient-centered team in the day shift. You will manage all calls at the switchboard communication center with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include providing rapid responses to emergency alarms and equipment alerts and monitoring security areas as needed. No experience is required, and a High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience. Join a system that values growth and patient care.
