Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is hiring a Switchboard Operator to join our patient-centered care team. You will handle all calls at the switchboard with efficiency and courtesy, delivering prompt service to both callers and staff.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. This full-time, day-shift role offers 32 hours per week, shifts including every other weekend, and a full benefits package within MercyOne Health System.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• No experience required for this role.
• Strong customer-service orientation is valued.
