Job summary

Position Highlights

Position Summary:

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls. Some scheduling duties as needed. Strong customer service relations, communication and confidentiality a must.

Work Schedule:

Forty hours per week, Monday through Friday. The hours per day may vary in order to accommodate the census needs of the facility.

Education/Experience:

High school graduate or equivalent. Previous switchboard and/or medical scheduling experience preferred. Computer skills essential.

Licensure/Certification:

None Required.
