Job summary

Ascension is seeking an on-site administrator in Indianapolis to support communications, information access, and reference materials for the Otorhinolaryngology department. This full-time, days schedule role involves handling calls, maintaining directories, and coordinating paging and code communications.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of related experience, with a focus on accurate information relay and organizational skills.
