Shifts include A (Mon–Thu 5:00 AM–3:00 PM), B (Mon–Thu 2:30 PM–12:30 AM), and C (Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with a $24.00–$32.00/hour pay scale and a 10% shift premium on B and C shifts.

- Blueprint reading and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
