Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Level 2–3 CNC Machinist for our Kentwood, MI facility. Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC machines to fabricate precision parts, reading blueprints and GD&T specs.

You will inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, monitor machine performance, and uphold safety and quality standards. This is a direct-hire, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CNC lathes, Swiss lathes, vertical mills, or multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Strong shop math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
$24.00–$32.00 per hour

A growing precision manufacturer is hiring Level 2–3 CNC Machinists for its new Kentwood facility. The exact address will be provided soon.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.

Read blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements.

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Monitor machines and identify production or quality issues.

Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For

At least two years of CNC machining experience.

Experience with CNC lathes, Swiss lathes, vertical mills, or multi-axis machines.

Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

Strong shop math and measurement skills.

Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is helpful.
