MOHR Talent is seeking experienced Swiss CNC Machinists in Wyoming, MI. You will operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance components across multiple shifts, with up to $32/hour based on experience and a 10% premium on B/C shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Swiss CNC machining experience required.
• Hands-on experience operating Swiss-style CNC lathes.
• Experience with Citizen Swiss machines strongly preferred.
• Experience with Mill/Turn or multi-axis CNC equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturerthat is hiring experienced Swiss CNC Machinists across multiple shifts.

You’ll operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC machines producing tight-tolerance precision components.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run Mill/Turn and multi-axis CNC equipment
• Produce tight-tolerance precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments

What They’re Looking For
