Job summary

MOHR Talent in Coloma, MI is seeking a CNC Machinist for B and C shifts to join a precision manufacturing operation. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes and read blueprints and GD&T to produce parts to tight tolerances. Candidates should have CNC machining experience and be proficient in measuring with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing operation in the Coloma area. This is a great opportunity for machinists with strong setup, machining, blueprint reading, and inspection skills.

CNC Machinist – B & C Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications
• Machine components to tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and quality issues
• Make program or offset adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience
• CNC setup experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• G-code/program editing experience preferred
• Multi-axis, Swiss machining, CMM, or precision machining experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

B Shift and C Shift openings are currently available.
