Qualifications

• At least 5 years of CNC setup and/or programming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Commitment to professional conduct and respectful workplace communication, including avoiding profanity.
• Experience with FANUC controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up Swiss CNC machines and complete changeovers for production runs.
• Create and edit CNC programs to meet machining requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues to support consistent production.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help keep equipment in reliable working condition.
• Provide hands-on guidance and assistance to CNC operators as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and part quality to maintain efficient, accurate production.
