Ideal candidates have 7+ years of CNC machining/programming, strong Swiss CNC experience, and proficiency in G-code/M-code. Travel up to 50% and cross-functional customer interactions are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years CNC machining/programming experience.
• Strong Swiss CNC experience.
• Strong CNC programming and G-code/M-code knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Programming, setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up Swiss CNC machines.
• Develop machining processes from prints and customer specifications.
• Perform first-part runoffs, time studies and process optimization.
• Train and support customers on CNC programming, setup and operation.
• Troubleshoot machining and application challenges.
• Support Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes and other CNC equipment.
• Assist with machine assessments and part-processing recommendations.
• Provide technical support both remotely and at customer locations.
