Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining, programming or setup experience.
• Swiss CNC exposure strongly preferred.
• Understanding of G-code/M-code.
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and interest in working directly with customers.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines.
• Assist with developing machining processes from prints and specifications.
• Perform first-part runoffs, time studies and troubleshooting.
• Support and train customers on CNC machine setup, programming and operation.
• Help resolve machining and application issues.
• Support Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes and other CNC equipment.
• Provide technical support by phone and at customer locations.
