ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Fairview Firs in Fairview, Oregon. You will provide caring companionship and assist with daily tasks to residents living with mental illness, helping them maintain independence and build daily living skills under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

This part-time swing role runs Friday through Monday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with a wage range of $21.42 to $22.07 per hour plus offered benefits, training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Commitment to resident wellbeing and daily living activities support.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily tasks to residents.
• Assist with personal care services and development of ADLs and IADLs.
• Assist with meal prep, cleanup, and food purchasing while encouraging resident participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks as prescribed.
• Transport residents as needed and maintain documentation per productivity standards.
