ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for our Bridgestone RTH in Wilsonville, OR.

You will provide compassionate companionship, assist with daily tasks, and support residents under RN supervision, including medication assistance and transportation to activities. This part-time swing shift offers a comprehensive benefits package, a wage of $21.42–$22.07 per hour, and opportunities for professional development through an accredited training program.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and DHS background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and assist with daily living tasks.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain documentation of services per productivity standards.
