Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the swing shift in Hamilton, Washington. You will lead production teams, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality while meeting schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have experience in production and personnel management, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments. This on-site role requires US citizenship or permanent residency for security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or college degree preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in production or personnel management is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more production teams to execute all production processes.
• Explain daily tasks and monitor progress to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule, prioritize, and delegate work to maintain 80%+ billable hours.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management and Cell Managers to optimize throughput.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures and manage risk.
