Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Lewiston, ID facility on swing shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).

You will supervise individual contributors, drive daily operations, and champion WCM principles, focusing on employee development and operational excellence. Responsibilities include directing work, mentoring staff, addressing training needs, and ensuring safe and efficient product flow across upstream and downstream areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally to a diverse audience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities
