Janicki Industries in Bellingham, WA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead production teams and ensure tasks are completed on time and safely. You will coordinate with Operations management and Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to supervise in a fast-paced environment. Expect diverse shifts and a focus on continuous improvement and quality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and use basic computer apps (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more production teams to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress with Operations Management.
• Coordinate production with multiple Ops sites and project teams.
• Provide training on risk management and incident handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, HazMat, AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
• Support continuous improvement through skill development.
