Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor for the weekend shift in Washington, Pullman.

This role leads a production team to meet objectives, communicates across upstream and downstream areas, and mentors employees to improve performance and safety. You will address training needs, create area work instructions, and use basic root-cause methods to resolve quality issues while promoting a strong safety program and World Class Manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others.
• Ability to communicate professionally to a diverse audience.
• Prioritize, organize and delegate work; remove obstacles as needed.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction to work group to meet department production objectives.
• Understand upstream and downstream work areas for accurate communication and product flow.
