Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (Swing Shift) to join the Bently Nevada team in the United States. You will operate multiple machines, perform daily production tasks, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspection of parts, coordination with engineering and planning teams, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies. Ideal candidates have basic math, reading skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Be available to work Swing shift on weekdays; overtime and weekends as needed.
• Have a minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production operations following safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously and communicate issues with teams.
• Inspect purchased parts, components, and equipment; read instructions and perform basic math.
