Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (Swing Shift) in Minden, NV to join the Bently Nevada team. You will perform daily production operations, run multiple machines, inspect parts, and communicate with engineering and planning to resolve scheduling issues.

A High School Diploma/GED is required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safety policies. The 2:30pm–11:00pm shift runs Monday–Friday onsite with overtime as needed; a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
Able to work swing shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) and overtime as needed.
Mechanical aptitude with standard hand tools and measurement devices.
Willingness to learn internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
Able to operate material-moving equipment or obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Perform daily production operations following safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
Communicate with Engineering, planning, Sales, and Management to resolve scheduling issues.
Inspect purchased parts, components and equipment.
Work in a multi-team environment and convey scheduling problems to relevant teams.
