Baker Hughes is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to support plant operations, perform equipment maintenance, and run production machinery safely and efficiently. You will maintain production continuity, support quality, and execute preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, setting up equipment, performing repairs, and contributing to ISO-compliant processes across indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Experience using general hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, procedures, and work orders.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Ability to operate manufacturing and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with good communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work rotating shifts as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs within scope of expertise.
• Interpret and execute work orders following safe procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and operate production equipment.
