Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support our Bently Nevada team in the United States. The role involves running daily production operations, operating multiple machines, and coordinating with engineering, planning and sales to resolve assembly and scheduling issues.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing-related experience, with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and precision measuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly or related fields.
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Willingness to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Ability to operate material moving equipment or obtain certification.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and pass basic solder training.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production operations following safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; complete work timely while maintaining standards.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Communicate with Engineering, planners, Sales and Management for assembly and scheduling issues.
• Inspect purchased parts, components and equipment.
• Work in a multi-team environment and coordinate with sales, planning, engineering and management regarding issues.
