Job summary

Syensqo in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance execution at our composite materials manufacturing plant. You will ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance while supporting reliability, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement objectives.

The role centers on swing-shift leadership, SAP CMMS work order lifecycle, and coordinating break-in/P0–P1 work with parts logistics to accelerate execution and maintain 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial experience in a chemical plant or related industry.
• 3+ years in maintenance.
• Experience with SAP CMMS and MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety and ensure safe work practices.
• Manage swing shift maintenance execution.
• Coordinate break-in and P0/P1 work orders.
• Support planning/scheduling and materials logistics.
• Coach and develop maintenance personnel.
