Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead multi-shift maintenance across production equipment, utilities, MHE and facilities. You will implement preventive, predictive and urgent repair strategies to improve equipment reliability and safety, while guiding a team of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) plus years of leading and managing a maintenance organization in a manufacturing environment.
• Ten (10) plus years of equipment/facility maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience managing spare parts inventory.
• Experience with lockout/tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permits, confined space, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety in the department and adherence to all work safety policies and regulations (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).
• Manage maintenance, repair and reliability of production equipment, utilities, MHE, facility/grounds and fleet shop.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance and operations staff to develop talent and succession planning.
• Oversee staffing, attendance, and shift coverage including weekends and emergencies.
• Communicate goals and use KPI data to drive continuous improvement and root cause analyses.
