Job summary

Syensqo, a chemical/process materials company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Anaheim, CA plant. You will lead day-to-day maintenance execution, focus on P0/P1 urgent work, ensure safety and reliability, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and technicians to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include overseeing SAP CMMS workflows, planning, scheduling, and ensuring parts readiness, while driving continuous improvement and cost effectiveness in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial experience in a chemical plant or related industry.
3+ years in maintenance.
Working knowledge of SAP (CMMS) and common productivity tools (Word, Excel). MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance execution on 2nd/swing shift.
Oversee Safe Work Practices and ensure compliance with site safety rules.
Drive maintenance performance with KPIs and regular meetings.
Provide guidance to technicians to enable timely and high-quality execution.
Coordinate planning/scheduling and turnaround/maintenance readiness.
Support spare parts and materials logistics for urgent work orders including break-in/P0/P1.
