Turning Point Community Programs in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Swing Shift Program Lead to oversee scheduling and operations under the Program Director. The role includes staff coverage, performance input, weekly updates with the Team Leader, and after-hours on-call support for clients in crisis.

A strong background in mental health services and leadership is required. The position emphasizes case management, oversight of PM staff, and efficient paperwork, with regular shift coordination

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in mental health services with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• California driver’s license with current vehicle insurance/registration if driving.
• Reliable transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if older than five years.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in the absence of the Team Leader and guide clients and staff.
• Review and track staff progress notes and secure coverage for absences.
• Assist in preparing staff performance evaluations and participate in hiring PM staff.
• Coordinate PM medication runs and manage a small caseload as needed.
• Offer after-hours on-call support for client crises and ensure safe, holistic care.
• Complete paperwork promptly and maintain safety and well-being of clients and staff.
