Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Four years of full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness.
• At least one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• California driver’s license and vehicle insurance/registration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Personal Service Coordinators and assist the Program Director in program operations.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and staff safety and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Maintain staff records, conduct audits, and document resident progress and incidents.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-the-spot counseling aligned with program philosophy.
• Oversee medication distribution and related charting, and ensure daily operations meet regulatory standards.
