Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within mental health services.
• Ability to supervise shift operations and staff scheduling.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and staff in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Review and track staff progress notes.
• Secure coverage for absent staff.
• Assist in staff performance evaluations.
• Coordinate PM medication runs.
• Provide case management and after-hours on-call support.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Complete paperwork timely.
