Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Appropriate licenses or permits as may be required (e.g., Refrigeration Certificate, Boiler License).
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned properties.
• Perform rounds, preventive and corrective maintenance, and safety housekeeping.
• Repair HVAC equipment, chillers, pumps, valves, and building systems to ensure comfort and efficiency.
• Monitor energy management and document activities for supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate issues promptly.
