Throttle & Thrive is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician for swing shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, with additional weekday coverage as needed. The role is hourly and on-site; prior inpatient SUD experience is preferred.

Position requires weekend availability and adherence to company protocols. Responsibilities include direct client care, medication administration support, intake/logs, and participation in group activities.

• Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired.
• Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
• Must be available to work every weekend on Sunday.
• Experience at a SUD’s inpatient facility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning, dishes, laundry, paperwork per company protocols.
• Administer care to clients and assist with medications as required.
• Handle intakes, logs, admissions and discharges; prepare for groups and activities.
• Group facilitation, documentation and de-escalation; assist with transportation and more.

About the Job:

We are looking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to work swing shift on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays each week, as well as during the week - if the facility has a need (which is often).

Hours are typically 5:30 PM - 10 PM, but can be longer, especially on the weekends, such as 1 PM to 10 PM on Saturdays

The schedule and shifts are somewhat flexible. This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee. Prior experience working at a SUD’s inpatient facility is preferred.

Job Duties:

Job duties include cleaning, dishes, laundry, paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Other duties include: computer work, intakes, logs, admissions, discharges, running errands, group facilitation, group documentation, de-escalation, transportation and more.

Job Requirements:
