Job summary

Throttle & Thrive is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to work the night shift at our California facility, in person. Typical hours are 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM, hourly on a W-2 basis.

Prior experience in a SUD inpatient facility is preferred but not required. This role involves paperwork, medication passes, nightly reporting, and various supportive duties to care for clients while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RADT credential that is not expired.
• Must have a valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
• Experience in a SUD inpatient facility is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Paperwork, following company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, med audit, nightly reporting, cleaning, laundry, and related duties.
• Other duties include: computer work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, transportation and more.
