Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to work the night shift on weekends at our California facility. This is an in-person, W-2 hourly position. Typical hours are 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM.

Prior experience at a SUD inpatient facility is preferred but not required, and credentials such as RADT and CPR/First Aid are mandatory. The role involves paperwork, medication passes, nightly reporting, de-escalation, and transportation, with duties including admissions, discharges,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired.
• Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Paperwork and following company protocols.
• Medication pass and administering care to clients.
• Nightly reporting, med audit, cleaning, laundry, and more.
• Intakes, admissions, discharges, de-escalation, transportation, and other duties.

About the Job

We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Technician to work night shift on the weekends at our facility in person.

This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee.

Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred, not required.

Job Duties

Job duties include paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, med audit, nightly reporting, cleaning, laundry, and more. Other duties include: computer work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, transportation and more.

Job Requirements

Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
