Thrive People & Strategy is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to work swing shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, with weekday coverage as needed. The role is hourly and W-2 employed, with shifts typically 5:30 PM to 10 PM and longer on weekends.
Prior experience in a SUD inpatient facility is preferred; must hold a RADT credential (or we can help obtain one) and a CPR/First Aid certificate valid for at least a year. Weekend availability is required.
We are looking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to work swing shift on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays each week, as well as during the week - if the facility has a need (which is often).
Hours are typically 5:30 PM - 10 PM, but can be longer, especially on the weekends, such as 1 PM to 10 PM on Saturdays
The schedule and shifts are somewhat flexible. This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee. Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred.
Job duties include cleaning, dishes, laundry, paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Other duties include: computer work, intakes, logs, admissions, discharges, running errands, group facilitation, group documentation, de-escalation, transportation and more.
Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. If you don't have one, we can help you obtain it. Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year. Must be available to work every weekend on Sunday.
