Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to work the night shift at our Missouri facility. This is an in-person, hourly W-2 role with hours from 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM.

Responsibilities include medication administration, following company protocols, nightly reporting, and basic client care, plus related tasks such as paperwork, intakes, and de-escalation. Prior SUD inpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RADT or equivalent credential (not expired).
• CPR/First Aid certificate valid for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication passes and client care per protocols.
• Maintain nightly reports and complete med audits.
• Handle paperwork, intakes, admissions, discharges, and related tasks.
• Assist with cleaning, laundry, and transportation as needed.
• Provide de-escalation and crisis support.

About the Job:

We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Technician to work night shift during the week at our facility in person.

Typical hours for Night are 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM

This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee.

Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred, not required.

Job Duties:

Job duties include paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, med audit, nightly reporting, cleaning, laundry, and more. Other duties include: computer work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, transportation and more.

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
