ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Technician in Meridian, ID to join the Production team. You will build equipment from components to finished systems in a safety-focused environment and troubleshoot during assembly and start-up.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and hands-on work with pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, and controllers. Swing shift and on-site work are involved.

Qualifications

• Ability to read assembly blueprints, technical drawings, plumbing schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Experience in industrial or commercial plumbing.
• Ability to assemble and install mechanical components such as pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives and controllers.
• Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment and basic testing devices.
• Ability to use process pipe-welding equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assemble mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components using drawings, work instructions and specs.
• Use a PC and shop floor control software to track labor and material usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment and components during assembly and start-up for quality.
• Use measuring tools, hand tools, and testing equipment per procedures.
• Complete final assembly and system integration while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
