Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the team across indoor and outdoor pools. Work with the Head Swim Team Coach to design and lead group workouts and register new participants, while maintaining the aquatics facilities.

You will help run practices, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure clean and organized facilities. Participation in required certifications is needed, including lifeguard and swim instructor credentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• ASCA and USA Swimming membership.
• Life Time Swim Instructor Certification completed or in progress.
• Ability to work stationary and move around the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the head coach's direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
