Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to work in a fast-paced environment at our state-of-the-art pools. You will help improve swimmers, assist in writing and leading group workouts, and register new participants while maintaining pool facilities.

You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach and must meet lifesaving and teaching certifications. The role emphasizes instructional coaching, guest interaction, and program promotion within Life Time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• ASCA and USA Swimming membership preferred.
• Must pass Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
